2 person kata/ Forms/ Pattern etc. Teams - £20 per team
Individual Compete - £12 1st category
£10 any additional categories
Doors Open @ 10.30am
Starts @ 11.30am
All Katas/ Sets/ Kata Teams etc. ... registration closes at 11am (no late entries will be allowed)
Semi-Contact Kids (under 15yrs) ... registration closes at 11.30am (no late entries will be allowed)
Semi-Contact Adults ... registration closes at 12noon (no late entries will be allowed)
Light-Continuous ... registration closes at 12.30pm (no late entries will be allowed)
SEMI-CONTACT = 1.5 minutes / 1.5 minutes final
LIGHT-CONTINUOUS = 1.5 minutes / 1.5 minutes final

a big shout out to all of you that came and competed. there was a fair amount of quality there. also a big shout out to all the coaches, supporters, parents and officials/staff.
